The Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District is located at the Lifelong Learning Center in Norfolk, Nebraska.
The elected members and staff are responsible for helping protect natural resources in all or part of fifteen counties in Northeast and Central Nebraska.
Other
responsibilites include Erosion Prevention, Pollution Control, Fish and
Wildlife, Forestry and
Range, Floodwater and Sediment Control, Flood Prevention, Soil
Conservation, Sanitary
Drainage, Water Supply, Recreation and Parks, Ground and Surface
Water. |
